I am VERY impressed with the CB grill.

The venting system works opposite from all we have been taught. For lo and slo temps you open up the vents..........something that takes a bit to get used to doing..

Well after my 80 briquette "C" pattern burned out in 2.5 hours I fired up the PBC and it saved the day



Ok. two things you can be sure of:

1. The Kettleman is a heck of a grill. It aint a smoker. You will see no more posts with the Kettleman in the charcoal smoker section  :(
2. Wendy has a real cool recipe for some of our pulled pork leftovers  :)

I agree with The Smoke about the Kettleman. And this is ok with me - I have other ways to smoke, but it IS a heck of a grill!
I would love to see some of Wendy's recipes for "retained servings" of pulled pork!

Would love to have one for grilling.  My Grill2Go grill is staring to show it's age and the flame going out on a windy day it starting to get old

My G2G Ice died awhile back - I had one of the first... loved it but, it went to the great grill cloud in the sky. I have too many grills (just ask my wife...  ??? ) But the Kettleman seems to be my go to grill these days (not for smoking) just for grilling.
