Modified my Pecos Smoker - Video

Hey Y'all, I modified my Pecos Smoker and tested it out today.  It seems to work very well...keeping the temps the same from end to end - no apparent hot spots.

Jaxon, great video. You really are becoming an offset smoker aficianado. Dee, that's a person that has an habitual liking for something. Dee, habitual means doing constantly or a habit. Aaron Franklin is probably going to be looking you up for a little offset advice in the near future.
