So I have just started my 2nd butt smoking. The first one turned out great, but I did not do a mustard rub before putting on my run. Today I did an apple juice injection, the cym rub and then my spice rub. Following Tommys so hopefully this one will turn out just as well if not better than my first.
First thing I did on my SRG was a butt, then I did a rotisserie chicken and smoked a pork loin. Everything has turned out great, and I cannot wait to have some pulled pork tonight!
