Had some of the Pork Belly Queso left and decided to fry it up and put on a burger.

burgers on the steel, smashing for a good full surface contact sear
oh yeah, love that sear & the onions are smelling good
This would have looked a lot better between a couple of buns, but this sure was tasty. Excuse me now, I think my cardiologist is calling.
