Thanks everyone. I'm very impressed with how this smoker works. It might even be better than the Open Range that I also have. I forgot to mention that I brined the chicken for a little over an hour in a brine of water, salt and sugar. The chicken was very juicy and had a great smokey flavor. Probably some of the best chicken I have cooked. It's probably on par with the chicken I've made on the PBC. I can't wait to cook something else on it.
