Darn it Tom........I was just going to grab that piece of bacon when you took it


Now that is my kind of meal.

Question if i may when doing that type of cook on the Weber or PK in the cold I assume the PK is better as far as holding in the heat.

What do you like best about both grills for indirect cooking?
