A great day for flying
« Reply #-1 on: May 21, 2018, 12:29:53 PM »
Great day for flying so I took advantage of it this morning. The morning sun still not high enough to brighten the bottom of the river gorge but things are starting to get greener around here.

Below The Falls

And Above The Falls

I've been fascinated by drones for some time now. Interesting how some get rather angry when a discussion about them starts on some other forums not food related. I understand privacy and all but to get as radical as some do is almost comical. Great video and thanks for sharing. Mind mentioning which drone you have?

Ya I get the privacy thing also. Trouble is people think you can spy on them 200 feet up in the air with the camera that is provided on them. That is a joke in its self. You are captured more on camera walking down the street then you would be from a UAV. :)

I have several UAV's. Started out with mini UAV's to learn how to fly one and then bought a Typhoon Q500 back in 2014. Since then I have built one and now fly the Autel X-star premium which is not made anymore. Autel is suppose to be coming out with one of those foldable drones soon called the EVO.
Hopefully before the summer is over as it would be great to take camping and hiking.

A friend of mine I met on one of the UAV forums I belong to was a French chef. He retired and now flies the same camera UAV I do. He uses his talents to show off his country that he is very proud of.
He does some wonderful things with his. I wish I had his talent.
