Hi I’m Doug. I was recommended to join by Old Sarge a member of other forums I belong to as I have a PG1000 which he made a post in this forums classified section. As he stated I am looking to sell to help pay medical expenses. I currently have that cooker as well as a Golden’s Cast Iron brand Kamado and it’s little brother Mini 14” kamado. I have had many cookers in the past that have come and gone as my preferences change from electric to charcoal gravity feed units. I have yet to own a stick burner which I hope will come once I put this medical issue behind me after a few addition surgeries which occur every 3 months. I enjoy mostly reading all the input, advice, and recipes and once in a while I’ll post some things as well.
