New from North Carolina

I am in Hillsborough NC.  Cook Q mainly as a hobby but more as a second carreer as in catering as I get closer to retirement.  I have a full size BQ grill with turning grate, a traeger 75 and recently added a Dreamwerks 1600 pellet grill.

I enjoy forums like this of like minded folks who share ideas and techniques.

Welcome to the forum from Texas. Do you have a link to your pellet grill. I copied and pasted Dreamwerks 1600 pellet grill and found nothing on it. Just curious

I also picked up an Academy traeger knockoff.  I had to replace control unit with extra traeger i had.  it seems to work pretty well

I've seen that unit somewhere before. Very cool unit!
