If you ever tried McDonald's "Mcriddle" than you just may like this version of LOW CARB breakfast sandwhich.
This bread is based off of Tenthunters Microwave Bread recipe, GOOD STUFF!
2 Tbs Flaxmeal
2 Tbs Almond Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbs butter
1 pinch salt
1 large egg
1 packet Stevia sweetner or whatever you may like to use
1 Tbs of Walden Farms syrup (Maple Flavor)
Melt butter in a small round crock, while butter is melting I mix all dry ingredents in a bowl till well mixed then add the syrup and the egg then mix well and let it sit for about 5 mins before adding to the crock. This give the flours time to absorb the moister and makes the bread more like real bread than sandpaper. Microwave on high 2 mins then let it rest before slicing
