Although I've used a gas grill for many years (a 27" Lynx that I bought 20+ years ago), I've never really done more than cook some steaks or chicken or pulled pork on it. I just recently acquired a Big Easy Smoker/Roaster/Grill and completely botched "pulled" pork (it couldn't be pulled...). So, before I screwed up the Christmas Turkey, I thought I'd find someplace with some hints/tips. One of the nice folks on the Big Easy Facebook page pointed me this way, and here I am.
