Hey everyone! Good to see some familiar faces (although hard to see Tommy with the status of Newbie! LOL!).
For those of you who don't know me, I'm Johnny and I live in Southern NJ (about 25 miles outside of Philadelphia). Contrary to popular belief, we grow more than smokestacks in NJ. Especially in the Southern part. NJ is known as the Garden State and I've got a cornfield about 200 feet from my back door.
I have a Weber kettle, Charbroil RED and most recently, bought a Charbroil Big Easy. I'm looking to share what I know and learn from y'all.
