what's funny about that Texas made out of barbeque is
the meats in the photo came from Pizzitola's where Don & I went about a month ago
and Gatlin's where we're going tomorrow

Gatlin's real pit smoked brisket and sausage were the best that I have had in Houston. Pizzatola's is also very good. But the best part of both these eating establishments was getting to sit down and have a conversation with my long lost cousin, CaptJack.
