Great looking chicken and I like your idea.  However, this has presented a question for myself and I don't know the answer.
Perhaps someone may have some thoughts.

The question being; Does the overall cook of the chicken work better in the wagon wheel layout, or does the chicken set out in a straight line down the middle with the coals on the sides work better?

Yup, when it comes to Webers, Sparky has gotcha covered. Now to take it one notch lower..........use one basket to cook in the 230-250 range..... ;)
