using some of my favorite chicken rubs for my winging dingings. 

da players.





all seasoning up and waiting for some heat. 





getting some mountain air.



everyone in the pool!



2 chucks of apple.



everyone getting some happy smoke.   ::)



need some bbq sauce.  all the bottles are 1/3 full.  so, everyone gets mixed in w/ some FT.

I shut my bottom vents 3/4 of the way shut.  Cooked about 1 1l2 hours or 3 FT's.

I've only used my kettle a few times - use the offset for ribs and butts.

I am glad to see a step-by-step for wings.  Now, if we can just get the weather to cooperate, I'll be able to give these a shot. Deb & I both enjoy good wings, and THESE look good.
