As y'all can probably tell from my screen name that I live near Las Vegas (Henderson) but I'm orinally from The Big Easy area (Metairie for those that know the suburbs).
Outdoor cooking has always been a way of life for us, especially back in Louisiana. We're always grilling, roasting, smoking, frying, blackening, and boiling something in the great outdoors.
