Found Paiche in the grocery & bought a filet to try.
Marinated in lemon oil , salt , pepper. Sprinkled with a citrus flavored Greek seasoning & on the charcoal.
The immature broccoli was oiled , salt, peppered & juiced with lemon.
Served with cannoli beans.
