Thursday Night Simple Pork Burgers
« Reply #-1 on: May 08, 2014, 07:49:18 PM »
We wanted something quick for dinner tonight so I picked up a box of
Johnsonville Cheddar Cheese and Bacon burgers.  I seasoned them with
Yardbird rub and let the come up to room temperature.

Put on the Traeger Junior burning Cookin Pellets Perfect Mix.  I thought
about doing these on the Weber (like I did a couple weeks ago) but it was
93 degrees out and I didn’t want to mess with charcoal in the heat!

Done!

Plated with some chips. My wife fried some of my Cedar Mill bacon to put
on our burgers.

Very quick and tasty meal.  If you haven’t tried the Grillers you ought to
give them a shot.

You & the Tjr sure cook up some nice food, Mike...

When we did burgers on Monday on the gasser, I put the bacon on the grates with 'em...cooked up nice without having to go inside. Give it a try.

Just sayin'....
