You keep notches on your cooker?
Reason I keep up with my cooks is because no one else has cooked as many butts with INFRARED than I have.   I have asked on other forums and no one even comes close.   

It's a pride thing I guess, at one time folks told me you could not turn out a good product with these cookers and I proved them wrong. So it's one of those don't tell me what I can't do because I will try to prove you wrong  ;)
   
There are a few on this site whom have seen me almost from the get go and know what I'm talking about.  Not bragging just keeping score as it were  ;) ;) ;) ;)

I remember the "old days" from the "other" forum, Tommy. You persevered in spite of the naysayers and did prove them wrong. Good for you! Keep going.

That's a lot of butt Tommy....I have cooked a lot of butts over the years, but not on the SRG yet. I am going to give it a try on the next butt.Just don't cok as many since there is only two in the house now.

Understand what you are saying.'They' told me I couldnt grow flowers or vegetables in the Mohave Desert,I did both.
