My new Amaze-N-Smoker tray.....

I just wanted to mention how happy I am with my new Amaze-N-Smoker product. I needed a way to cold smoke cheese, cured sausage, etc. and the 5" x 8" tray fit the bill for me perfectly. Plus, I wanted to support the paid sponsors of this forum, that we all enjoy so much.

I've used it a few times now, the level of smoke produced, the smoke flavor that it imparts to the food and its ease of use is very impressive. Can't say any more than that!

Anyone who may be on the fence about buying one of their products for smoking  or simply considering it  shouldn't hesitate to pick one up, reasonably priced and well worth the money!

Seems like you're into all phases of this grillin' thing...I've have the tray, too, and will use it with my pelletizer for more smoke flavor.

I have the trays and the tubes.  The trays work a lot better for me.
