Hamburger Steaks and Gravy
« Reply #-1 on: January 28, 2024, 02:17:14 PM »

Alright, for almost the last year I had been sick and unable to cook and then I had a relapse, but hopefully I'm done with that.
Still battling something but it's better than it was for over the last year.

This past Friday evening I made hamburger steaks with a onion and mushroom gravy.

About 45 minutes before dinner I decided to make some homemade biscuits.

This was served with mashed potatoes and petite green peas.

Everything was delicious but the biscuits were amazing.

Had a couple of biscuits warmed with butter and strawberry rhubarb jam with a hot cup of coffee the next morning.

Sorry to hear of your troubles the last year. Get better.

Everything looks wonderfully delicious with the exception of those little green devils. I love hamburger steak with mashed potatoes, but I particularly love warm biscuits with real butter. The jam just makes them extra special. Thanks for posting this great meal.
