Remember last week Smokin Don posted his Fermented Green Tomatoes. I went ahead and made some too and today I decided they were done. I made some Salsa Verde out of two or three of them fermented tomatoes. I wish I would of had some cilantro but basically just puréed them and the wife loved it and so did I. Thanks again Don for sharing your recipe.
