Title: Frozen Ribs on the Weber
Post by: RAD on December 28, 2014, 11:06:08 AM
I had a couple of baby backs and really didn’t want to wait for them to thaw out. I remember doing a couple of frozen butts and so did sliding_billy and they turned out great.

Weber setup for low and slow. Some apple juice in a tin pan.

See you in a few hours.

RAD, those ribs are awesome. I'm gonna try frozen next time. It seems like they will defrost faster over a little heat and maybe pick up a little more smoke.

I pulled the membrane while they were frozen and it wasn't very hard. I got the knife under the skin and it pulled.
