We can do a road trip to Pappy's place.  It won't take long to set up, either.  The Mobile World Headquarters of LTBBQ is fueled up and ready to go!

Wow!!!

I've never been close to cooking something like that.

I was at a nice restaurant on Saturday night and wagyu rib eye was going for $23.00 an ounce.

I didn't order it but I'll bet 4 ounces was about the minimum although the menu didn't state that.  I was thinking a 6 oz steak was going to be $138.  Yikes!!!

Party is off. The financing on the wagyu fell though. They wanted more collateral :P

The marbling on that wagyu is unreal.   I'm sure it could be done but it would take some effort to screw one of those up.
