Y'all probably are aware by now that I'm not a fan of restaurants. But my job requires traveling, so I got me a pressure cooker over black Friday sales. Took it with me on the road.

Beats any restaurant trip! I got the instant Pot Smart cooker. Excellent gadget.

Looks great! Have traveled with slow cooker and small pizza oven for years. More and more hotels won't allow unless you're in an extended stay with a small kitchen. :) :)

I have one as well. Great little cooker, and easy to clean.

I got a new electric pressure cooker about a year ago..am finding more things to do with it..you can also add the noodles right to the pot. I lvoe that over noodles. I even make mac and cheese in pressure cooker now. Looks fabulous, you can see the flavor in that. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

As long as you don't burn the place down - what they don't know won't hurt them... ;) :D :D
I'm going to make a "go-bag" for my travels. This is a great idea.
