Title: Naan bread recipe on the SRG or TBE
Post by: Pam Gould on January 14, 2016, 12:23:51 PM
I made a naan bread in 2010 in the SRG one time. Rolled it out flat and slapped it against the sides of the srg. Had to use tongs to get it off and only lost the first one, like crepes.   Good stuff, it had minced gahhlick in it..then wiped it with butter..killer.  Don't oil before placing in the srg, wipe with butter after.

Garlic Naan
2 cup flour
1 tsp each: Baking soda, baking powder, salt
1/4 c yogurt
1 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs grated garlic
Mix all together and cut in equal piecs and roll out about 5 inches. Only takes a minute or 2 to cook, just gotta watch it. Wipe with butter after cooking. I use tongs to place in hot srg or tbe.

Thanks for post this Pam...It looks alike something that even someone new to the SRG or Big Easy can do - and extend the usefulness of their purchase.

But more importantly...it looks GREAT! ;D

Pam they should have a forgot password on the login page or somewhere in settings you can reset password. As I am writing this I see in attachments below it shows a place at the bottom a forgot password or user name. Did you try that? Don

I had to click on the picture of the egg, and it opened a new tab with the video.

Those are some slick pans, good job on the seasoning!

Looks like some of my duck eggs-- HUGE!  :)
