Title: Irish Soda Bread that is moist not dry in the oven
Post by: Tailgating is my game on March 16, 2016, 10:17:55 PM
My wife makes Irish Soda bread every year for the 17Th. I don't like soda bread that most people make as I love moist cakes & breads. Well I love this bread & it is moist.

My son loves to put butter on it...so do I ;D

That sounds good Pam! I will have her try it. I always like them in Rye Bread so this should be great also. Thanks Richard
