Had some left over brisket in the freezer that i didnt know what to do with . After some searching online i decided to make Shepherds pie (technically Cottage Pie i guess)
I base the recipe off of Alton Browns online recipe.
It came out pretty good but the ratio of potatoes to filling was off. Next time more meat and veggies
