Title: M1 smoker Maple/Bourbon glazed ham

So easy, and ALWAYS a family favorite. 4.5 hours of low n slow smoke until this glorious hunk'o'mrat emerged from the M1 :-)

Sitting in 1/2" of the glaze that was applied several times during the cook

Beautiful looking ham now my question is did you it wood fired or charcoal fired that ham?

Thanks! Bed of lump to start with peach and post oak splits.

Great looking ham. I am ready to go cook breakfast over at the Lodge and I hope there is some ham in the walk-in.................of course it will be nothing like yours :thumbup:

Now that sounds good  and I think cooking with wood  creates a natural taste

No glaze?!?! EVER?!?! But it's so purdy ;)
