hi everyone!

this year i'll be doing a brisket, wings ( trying some of kona's recipes), and veggies in the pbc

what are ya'll making?

I highly recommend the wing recipe I posted the other day from Jess Pryles. The Spicy Yucatan wings.

I'll be cooking up 7 lbs of pork butt for pulled pork, then transporting it to a party.

made my decisions, will be doing Apple Jalapeno ribs on Saturday and the Spicy Yucatan wings again on Sunday for the game  8)

I've got 2 Heritage Farms Cheshire Pork butts on now. Tomorrow they will be turned into Cuban sliders.

That is some of the nicest pork I have ever seen. Please post finished pics if you can
