Watched it as soon as I got a heads up from YouTube.  Looks good Tom but you got to quit to stop making high carb foods look so good

I think I've said this before I love meatloaf! I'm gonna do one on the PBC. Does the bacon on top of the meatloaf give it bacon flavor?
? For you thou. You said you cooked to 145 IT. I thought ground meat needed 165 IT?

Yup, cooked to 145 and then wrapped in foil to get the rest. Thanks for Watching!
