Title: Leg of Lamb using the SnS

I wanted to give Leg of Lamb a try and decided to use the SnS, man am I glad I did.

Fat trimmed off the leg

Spiced  and wrapped. I reused the net that was on the leg.

A couple hours later it got to an IT of about 135-140

Gyro time. We used lettuce as wraps

After work today I sliced the leftovers and we started again

I'm sharing this with the Missus.  I'm pretty sure she's gonna want to make those wraps.  Nice cook!

Did you sear at the end?

Looks absolutely delicious Ray and this comes from a non lamb eater.  ;)

What temp did you cook it?? 

And how many hours??

Love the lettuce wraps..I use lots of them. specially for BLT's..great cook, your lamb looks fabulous.. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I was going to but this was my first try and it already looked good.

I pulled between 135-140, it took a little over two hours and I added fuel as needed.
