Title: Bought some bison meat

So I finally drove up into southern Wisconsin to Lester's Bison Farm and bought some bison meat.  I bought 2lbs. of 1/3 lb. bison burgers, a 10oz. ribeye, and a package of 2 8oz. filets.  All told, I spent $95.  Definitely not cheap but hopefully worth it.  All the meat was frozen, so I'm thawing out the steaks in the fridge and planning on cooking them Saturday using reverse sear.  I'll probably cook the burgers on the 4th.
