Hope all had a good 4th and ate some good Q!!! My internet was down, the service guy was here and found the problem. I did get my double patty whole hog sausage sandwich. My wife was good enough to go to the fair grounds and get them for us! Don

Happy to see  that you're back, Don.  I had a great Fourth as well, but my "Q" isn't happening until Saturday.  Then I'll be cooking for the family's 10th Annual Bill Does All The Cooking Get Together ! !

This year the guest list is up to 20-25 people so I'll be upping my game: Brisket, 4 St. Louis, and adding a 4 lb. Pepper Stout Beef.
