This is an old Bobby Flay recipe that I used to make long ago, had forgotten about it till recently. They are pretty tasty

This is the recipe, I let these sit overnight in the marinade. I alter it just a bit for more flavor and heat. I sliced a jalapeno and added that to the marinade and used two tablespoons instead of one of the chipotle puree. Also I made a second batch of the marinade to baste the wings near the end of the cook.

3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chipotle puree
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped oregano
20 chicken wings
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Nice cook, the chipotle  puree should ad just the right amount of heat-- wish I could try some.
