I'm like you when cooking legs (& wings for that matter). I like to crisp up all that fat.

After doing a lot of research on Air Fryers I'm starting to look at the Delongi more than ever. I'm just not sure if an air fryer is what I want...

I am BUT not right now. Im looking for something to use in the house like the air fryer just not liking what I have read. But that being said the Delongi is really appealing to me right now. Like the craving for Sous Vide cooking was strong just really couldn't see me using it for my kind of cooking. Air Fryers look great just don't need another cooker that won't get used you know. 6 weeks out of work will give me time to look, read and see what I really need and want.
Just not going to jump in to fast.
