Delicious looking cook Tom! Is that the 2 burner Spirit? I am looking at the new Spirit II which has bluetooth capabilities with the Igrill3.

Thanks Mike! It's a three burner Spirit that we have in Florida. It's about 8 years old.

I did some Country Style Ribs this past weekend, basically the same cut of meat.  They turned our nice as well.
