Very nice video Tom! I have cold smoked a lot of beef and pork before putting in the sous vide. I have not cold smoked any ground beef or ground pork as I don't want to take the chance of it being in the danger zone (40-140) for any length of time. It looks like it worked out well for you and those burgers looked delicious!

The outside temp in Wisconsin yesterday in Wisconsin (unfortunately) was in the mid to upper 30's

They do look good, but I too share the same concerns as expressed above. Cold-smoking ground meat (unless it's be cured with a nitrate/nitrite curing agent) can be very risky. Fortunately it was relatively cool outside.
We just want you to stay healthy and safe so you can keep posting your vlogs that we enjoy so much!
