Title: Easy Lunch With Left Over Steak
Post by: Agustine on May 19, 2018, 01:56:20 PM
Had some left over steak from yesterdays sous vide cook so I figured steak wraps for lunch was in order. Sliced thin slices of steak, diced up some red, orange, yellow bell peppers, diced onions and minced garlic. Added some dehydrated cherry tomatoes. Heated up the frying pan with left over Au jus, added my mix and simmered for 10 minutes.

Got my wraps laid out with lettuce, sour cream and shredded cheese.
Thems was good

Looks good - I was gonna try it but when I went shopping this morning I couldn't find anything called "leftover steak." Where do you get that (or is it a regional specialty)?
