Title: PBC Boneless Country-Style Pork Ribs
Post by: ACW3 on January 02, 2013, 07:50:14 PM
I bought new charcoal today after having “issues” with lighting it yesterday.  I wanted to be able to cook the boneless country-style pork ribs on my new PBC tonight.  I started earlier, got a nice fire going and hung the ribs to cook.  I had coated them with some Peach BBQ Rub from Loveless Café.  The rub smelled and tasted really good.  Sweet peach with a bit of a bite from some red pepper flakes.  I’ll be using this one again!  I cooked them for 2 hours.  The smaller pieces were very tender.  The larger pieces could have stood another 15 to 30 minutes.  Here is the finished product.

They look fantastic Art. I love the combo of peaches & red pepper, so I bet that rub was good.

Did you cook them on the grate?
