It gets Hot! I was shocked on how long on low smoke it took to get to 105, was over 1.5 hrs. Thanks for watching!

Looks fantastic! I really like that side burner. I think the low smoke then finishing sear is a great way to go. That set up makes it easy. .

I loved their add campaign with the Grill God ... and their version 2.0 looks to be a bit step up with that additional space.

That sear box is something else. Not much real estate. I wonder if the good folk over at Camp Chef have any plans on maybe making the sear box a tad bit bigger down the road...……………….
