Title: Baby backs with my TMB’s rub
Post by: TMB on August 04, 2018, 04:41:54 PM: I have not really used my home built pellet pooper this year like I wanted to so I told Kimmie ribs for Saturday!

I’m smoking ribs with my homemade rub and using Angry Ortchard Hard Apple Cider as a spritz

The Angry Ortchard Hard Apple Cider really added a nice sweet flavor to them and with my rub they seemed to have a sauce on them but no sauce was hurt during this cook ;)
