1. Does the bags or starter kits come with recipes ?

2. If I make a suppessata and it’s done. At this point would I take it out of the casing for storage or leave it in ? I’m not sure if it will continue to age and get ruined in UMAi casing.. how would I store it ?

I really wish I knew the answer to this. It will help determine how much I make
