Pretty cool little grill indeed. Smoke has indicated a possible sponsored review. Is this on your own dime?

Cool little grill. Biscuit test. Let's see how even it cooks.

Great video review, Tom. And hey, we got to see the top of your head in this one! ;D
Quick question for you or Smoke; is there enough space to do a small turkey (12 - 15 lb) in this grill?
-
Tom, you keep buying grills and your gonna have two guy show up :D :D :D

Congrats Tom!!
hint: when starting up the Pursuit, once you see or smell smoke, open up the slide and grill. Your Pursuit will come up to temp faster.
Tent: with the top grate out you should get a 12 lber in, the design of the smoking chamber has pretty good headroom.
Everyone: Camp Chef never came through and with the forum slow right now, I pulled the review.

Thanks Ted! With the Bread Box design of the barrel there would be sufficient room for a Turkey

Tommy! How do you think I got this way :D

I do have a question that I guess would apply to several pellet grills of late. I have pretty much ditched using foil on my trusty old Treager, as it's easy to do a quick scrape when needed, but I see newer models have vented or dimpled grease trays. How do you clean these?

Good question! I have and will always cover mine with foil, when using the sear option that's supposed to let flame go through the slots at the top of the dimples most of the drippings get burnt off and its just a matter of scraping the burnt stuff off. Thanks for Watching!

We ordered the Camp Chef Pursuit, but it came with a bad "hot rod". Camp Chef overnighted us a new one and after installing, it seems to work like it's supposed to. We are total newbies with pellet grills, but we jumped right in and put three slabs of baby backs on it this morning. We'll see what happens! Thanks for the great review!

Awesome! Can't wait to see the results!
