Title: Spicy Hasselback Griddled Chicken Breasts

Hasselback cut chicken breasts griddled with a spicy honey glaze over salad.

Chicken served over a nice cool crisp salad with fresh strawberries and a strawberry vinaigrette.

Seasoned the slices of chicken with Cajun Bait Sweet Creole Onion Blend
and toward the end of the cook glazed them with a spicy honey glaze.

Used delicious fresh Ponchatoula strawberries.

This was so good I think i"ll make it again this weekend.

Way cool! Lots of surface area for flavoring as long as you don't overcook (which is too easy with chicken breasts - don't ask how I know). Wonder how that would work out in the new convection oven.

Awesome...just awesome looking and great idea. I can see doing to a lot of different cuts of meat -now that you have shown us!!!!
