I have available a restaurant & a nice gas grill to use in our club house. I also have a magma Grill I use on board while at anchor. But I like to cook next to the boat on the dock where they don't allow an open flame.
This is what I use now
1) A very cheap open basic electric grill that I want to upgrade.
2) This warmer cooker that I give five stars too. It comes in a large size too & in a 120v or 12 volt model. I have the 120 as I can use an inverter on board when needed. This thing with the dish is amazing.

This is what I am looking at now to replace my first unit above. It looks great for the price & could handle a few people at a time. I like the price that it has a cover (wind) & that it is a Griddle & a Grill

Thoughts, ideas etc.
Remember portable, space & cost are all important. What i like about number 4 is that it can cook a meal as well as breakfast. Good reviews
The Hotdog maker is great for the guys sitting around after a day on the water....grab a few beers set this puppy up & forget it......but it is just hotdogs

The air fryer is great too but a little too much to clean on the dock.
