I expect them to maintain their dominance for most of the year. It will be interesting to see if anyone else can make it interesting...

Roll Tide!!!
The problem that Bama faces this year is the luck factor. No matter how good a team is, in order to go undefeated you will always have to win 1 or 2 games by having the breaks go your way at a crucial time in the game(s) where you are not playing well. I don't care what sport, the champion always wins 1 or 2 that they shouldn't have won based upon the way they played.
If Bama doesn't catch those breaks, they do not have a strong enough schedule to recoup. Yes, LSU, maybe A&M depending upon how they rule on the idiot, Miss. St, and if Bama wins the west- the SEC east champ, are some of the toughest games in college football. But if they lose to an SEC west team and don't get in the SEC championship game, they have no chance of getting in the BCS championship.

So here is hoping the breaks go their way and another national championship.

We need a playoff system. To go undefeated to get to the title game is stupid. Sometimes the two best teams don't even meet for the title. Look at last year, Notre Dame was not even close to being in Alabama's league and they were in the title game.......that title game didn't even count in my book. Bama was clearly the best team last year. They just didn't get a chance to prove it against a worthy opponent........
Just sayin............

Just two weeks until Alabama kicks off the season. Looking forward to see if they can fill in the holes in the offensive line.

Have no fear, the college that my father forced me to go to was the University of Connecticut. They have not football program worth to mention. However, the men and women know how to play basketball. Thank God that I came back home to Albuquerque. That experience sure opened my eyes.

Well, a "playoff" is in the works in a couple of years.  It's funny the "excuse" the AD's and university presidents used for not having the playoffs---they didn't want the players to miss any more academic classes.  Look at how much a basket ball team misses.
I think we are looking at the most exciting year for SEC football I can ever remember...maybe ever.  Georgia and South Carolina are going to be strong in the Eastern Division.  I just don't know of any conference that can even come close to the SEC.
If one is going to bet on who will be the National Champion it would be less than smart to not bet on BAMA!!!
