Hello all from Pittsburgh, PA, I'm excited to have found this site. Looking to learn some tips and tricks to great BBQ.
I have a 4 burner quantum infrared grill and new SRG that I cook with.

Tommy thanks for the invite here. I see alot of familiar names here from the charbroil site. I was wondering where everyone went.
It will take a while to review the site to see everything that's on here.
Teesquare, I did try a smoke box on my grill with little success, once I turned down heat smoke went away. I'm hoping I don't need any music city parts for awhile. I'm pretty anal about cleaning and oiling my grates and emitters after each cook. I kind of get carried away with oil, I'm waiting for the neighbors to call the fire department when it warms up, smokes like crazy for about three minutes.
I can't wait to see everyones cooks and recipes.
