So we got hit last night with warm air and precipitation from the south and it met with a cold front from the north. I have never seen anything like this ever.. Very pretty to look at but trees and owner lines down everywhere.(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/23/6amezeha.jpg)(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/23/y5y9amyd.jpg)(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/23/yqygu6ed.jpg)(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/23/aqutyhy7.jpg)(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/23/bytu4ade.jpg)(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/23/gyne9ura.jpg)(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/23/asavynym.jpg)(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/23/7yqybahy.jpg)(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/23/hyqutusa.jpg)

Very pretty to look at, but better you than me.
Glad you were able to cook that good food.
-
We have had them before, lots of damage :(
Be safe and stay home if you can. Nice job on the roast ;D
-
Oh yeah. Those kind of storms are really a pain. On the plus side, that beef looks great
-
I was so caught in the frozen world that I forgot to look at that most excellent meal ya cooked up 8)

The ice makes some pretty photos but it sure can do some damage! Lucky you still had power! We woke up to one when the trees and limbs coming down sounded like dynamite going off. We didn't have power for 3 days. Nice cook!!! Love those little potatoes! Don

The food looks great. Sorry about the storm. We got hit with one that looked just like that a couple of weeks ago. Power was out for about 36 hours. The good thing about that happening in Texas is you know that if you wait a couple of days it will warm up. Not so much up your way. That is going to stink for a while I suspect.

OMG, what a storm!

Awesome looking cook! Not so awesome weather! Glad I moved away from that icy stuff!
-
Nasty ice storm Scally! ???
Great looking meal however! ;)
-
We had a nasty ice storm like that in the mod '90s. I came out to the parking lot after work and literally had to chip the ice along the edges of the door to get into my truck - the entire vehicle was encased in about 1/4 inch of ice
-
It looks like that was a particularly bad ice storm. I hope you guys just hunkered down and stayed home!
I bet that MAK-smoked roast smelled incredible when you brought it in from the cold outside. It sure would've made me feel warmer!
