Got myself two days off in row tomorrow and Sat. before a 6 day stretch of 11 hour days for inventory. Will be shopping at Whole Foods, NY Butcher and Sam's looking for the best deal to cook the next two nights. No long smokes as intend these 2 days to be rest days but want some good eats. Looking for some nice steaks and maybe a rack of lamb or boneless leg of lamb too. Will keep you guys updated.

It is gonna be a good couple of days for eating here. Got me some U-10 Sea Scallops that I will wrap with some Prosciutto and cook either on the grill or TBE with some grilled Veggies with sweet peppers. Then I picked up some Frenched Lamb Racks that will be seasoned with garlic and rosemary and grill them with some asparagus and taters.

Wow, wish I had 2 days off to cook. Everytime I get off Kimmie makes me work around the house :-[

I was working some 2pm to 11pm shifts and got the yard work done then so I can do this and relax before my 6 days of hell.

I love lamb and those chops with the potato's look insanely good. Love the idea of scallops with Prosciutto. Doesn't have to be grilled as long as bacon and keeps the scallops really juicy. Thanks for sharing.
If you ever want to grill a leg of baby lamb, I'll give you a Greek marinade to use. The leg will be boned and then grilled flat for more crunch. Then you slice it like a steak. So good.

I kinda feel sorry for Ron, cause I don't think he eats that good when he is not off...come to think of it neither do I.........
